Caroline Tosal-Suprun

Caroline Tosal-Suprun is an experienced Leader, Researcher, Project Manager, coach, trainer and Facilitator within the fields of social justice.  Her career working with underserved communities to effect positive social change began as a volunteer in youth club working with at-risk young people in her hometown of Bolton.  Since then, Caroline has worked with people, groups and organizations across the UK to dismantle hierarchies and find more equitable ways of working in the broad domains of research, policy and services in the sectors of social housing, health and women's safety. Caroline is passionate about creating opportunities for people to collaborate with and embrace the expertise of people closest to social issues. Caroline centers joy and justice in all of the work that she undertakes using participatory and deliberative techniques and movement building principles.
